Pastor Pardee was born and raised in the Midwest in a pastor's home. At the age of 4, he recognized his need of a personal Savior and put his faith in Jesus Christ to save him and give him eternal life. Almost immediately, he sensed God's call to preach, and sought to follow that call through his elementary and teen years. He attended Baptist College of Ministry and graduated with his Bachelor's degree in 2011 and his Master of Biblical Studies in 2013.

The Lord led Pastor Pardee and his family to Fellowship in 2013 to fill the role of Youth/Assistant Pastor. Through six years as assistant pastor, the Lord began to prepare his heart to take the leadership of Fellowship. Pastor Pardee accepted the call to pastor FBC and has been ministering as Senior Pastor since June 2019.

Rick and Sarah met during college and were married in 2011. They have four children: Svea, Anna, Corrie, and Judah.
